In mid-September it was announced that the provider has acquired the license for the State of Pennsylvania. The legal authorization to establish the live studio in the state was granted to the company by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
It means, that the company can now establish a studio and provide live streaming services to the gaming operators across the state as it was previously planned. It is worth to mention, that Evolution Gaming is the first provider of live casino services to be officially licensed in Pennsylvania.
Online casino gaming was legalized in The Keystone State back to 2017. Such brands as Parx Casino and Penn National launched their online platforms in the State this year.
Famous sports betting brands as FanDuel and DraftKings are also present in the State of Pennsylvania online gaming market as well as several lottery products.
According to James Stern, Chief Business Development Officer of Evolution the demand for live casino streaming services in the States has been tremendous and continues to grow. Therefore, the company sees a huge potential in opening a standalone studio and providing its services both to online gaming companies and land casino operators across Pennsylvania. “We continue to stay at the forefront — maximizing the opportunities in this exciting new market and growing together with our licensees.”, Stern said in a press release.

To sustain a continuous growth in New Jersey, in the same press release it was mentioned that Evolution will double the size of its Atlantic City-based studio. Such an expansion will help the company secure other licenses and create partnerships with other online gaming products.
